Using the Studios
Once you have booked your time, you will automatically receive access codes about 15 minutes before your scheduled booking via email.
You can reschedule or cancel a booking up until 24 hours before the start time.
Your booking time includes setup and tear down, so please pay attention to the time to make sure you finish and are packed out by the end of your time so the next band can get right in.
Do not stay past your booked time or you will be charged double the normal rate. If you want to extend your booking, you can do so if the time is available by creating a new booking online or by texting the studio number.
All studios are under video and audio surveillance.
When you enter the studio, if there is something wrong or missing, let us know immediately so we can help resolve it. You are responsible for items if they turn up missing during your time. Please take a quick look around to make sure the following items are in the room when you start: - 5 Piece Drum Kit (cymbals not included, available for $5 per session) - High Hat Stand - 3 Cymbal Stands - Kick Pedal - High Hat Clutch - Bass Amp* - 2 Guitar Amps* - 3 Microphones^ - 3 Mic Stands^ - 3 Microphone Cables^ - PA with Speakers and Cables * - these items are not included in La Mesa Studio C ^ - only 2 are provided for La Mesa Studio C
If you do not report missing items, you may held responsible for them.
When you leave the studio, please make sure to turn off all equipment, lights, and AC.
